This dashboard displays natural hazard exposure and patient population vulnerability for Community Health Centers (CHCs) nationwide. Using FEMA National Risk Index (NRI) building and population loss rate data intersected with HRSA Uniform Data System (UDS) patient data, this platform identifies which hazards pose the greatest risk to both health center facilities and the patients they serve.
